theory of life
if it doesn't make you happy in the short term = don't do it
if it makes you happy but if it doesn't make you happy in the long term = don't do it
if it makes you happy in the short term and the long term = do it
this is based off of the idea that, barring the coming of god and his speaking directly to me and advising me of the right way to live I only have myself to go off of. therefore, what makes me happy feels good and what makes me sad makes me feels bad so until I find a better way of living I will live accordingly to doing what feels good and not doing what feels bad.
hence:
1. murdering someone: if they deserve it, it will probably feel good but in the long run you will go to jail which will feel bad therefore don't do it.
2. choosing a video game based on what your friend wants: in the short term, will make you feel sad because your friend wanted it but you didn't, don't do it.
3. breaking up with someone: assuming this would make you happy right now and possibly in the future then by all means do it.
otherwise what the fuck are you doing with your life? depending on what version of hell you believe in (personally I think it'll be the same as my current one just more easy, large titted women) why waste this life on shit that you don't like doing? spend life working to improve the moment you 're living in beyond that. SCREW IT!
that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
P.S. I'm Drunk off my ass.
